崗位要求Position Requirement
      該職位旨在為壓制工藝提供必要的技術支持和改進。This position is to provide technical support to production, focus on Printing process development and improvement.
      1. 通過解決質量，工裝制具的問題為生產(chǎn)順利運行提供工藝支持Keeps manufacturing/production running smoothly by providing timely technical support to solve quality, process and fixture/tooling problems in the pressing field;
      2. 改進現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品以及新產(chǎn)品的壓制工藝Design, redesign and improve the pressing process for new products or existing products;
      3. 持續(xù)改進壓制工序的生產(chǎn)能力，產(chǎn)品質量，生產(chǎn)效率 Continuously improve pressing process capability, products quality and production efficiency by improving the fixture/tooling, introducing the new process/knowledge, and redesign the process/products;
      4. 時時更新并維護相關的工藝數(shù)據(jù)以及參數(shù)Maintain engineering data in business system or engineering system by timely setting up and updating;
      5. 支持或領導技術轉移，新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)以及新產(chǎn)品導入 Support or lead technology transfer, new product development or new product introduction;
      6. 優(yōu)化相關的工序以及產(chǎn)線布局 Optimize pressing area layout and line layout;
      7. 從項目前期參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，實驗以及確認 Early involve in new product development on new pressing tooling design review and new pressing tooling trial run and qualification;
      
      任職資格 Requirements:
      1. 在壓制以及相關領域擁有5年以上的工作經(jīng)驗 5+ years working experience in pressing;
      2. 具備汽車行業(yè)，鋁件生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮 Automotive experience; have some experience by Alu materials is plus;
      3. 優(yōu)秀的團隊合作以及溝通能力 Good team player and communication skill;
      4. 具備辦公軟件的使用能力，夾具設計能力和CAD軟件的應用能力 MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Fixture design and CAD application;
      5. 具備英語溝通能力 Fluent in English (spoken and written);
      6. 具備TS16949和精益的相關知識 TS16949, LEAN techniques;
