任職資格
1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2、3年以上汽車零配件銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)(此為必備條件);
3、具有豐富的客戶資源和客戶關(guān)系,業(yè)績優(yōu)秀;
4、具備較強(qiáng)的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,分析和解決問題的能力;
5、有較強(qiáng)的事業(yè)心,具備一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;
6. 能熟練使用辦公室應(yīng)用軟件;
7. 英語水平能達(dá)到熟練聽、說、寫者優(yōu)先。

崗位職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)市場調(diào)研:客戶,競爭對手,產(chǎn)品,需求趨勢;
2、負(fù)責(zé)年度銷售的預(yù)測,目標(biāo)的制定及分解;
3、完善銷售部門目標(biāo)績效考核體系,
4、制定銷售計(jì)劃和銷售預(yù)算,及銷售目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
5. 確定銷售價(jià)格,保證合理的利潤空間
5、負(fù)責(zé)大客戶的維護(hù);
6、組建銷售隊(duì)伍,培訓(xùn)銷售人員;
7、評估銷售業(yè)績,建設(shè)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)。

Qualification:
1.College degree or above
2.Minimal 3 years sales experience in automobile industry with excellent results

7.Being proficient in office software
8.Good English: write, listen, and speak (advantage)
Responsibilities:
1.Market analysis about customers, competitors, products and technology, trends
2.Annual budget plan,
3.Perfecting the system of sales performance appraisal
4.Customer visit schedule and call reports, ensure to realize the sales target
5.Determine sales price ,ensure reasonable profit
6.Communicating effectively and efficiently with different departments
7.maintaining the key accounts
8.Performance appraisal of sales representatives
9.Train sales representatives
10.Building a strong sales team
